Kelly and her husband have designed, built, and remodeled numerous luxury properties as primary residences and seasonal use homes in Paradise Valley, Beverly Hills, Del Mar, and Lake Tahoe. She has extensive experience providing private professional services to discerning individuals, starting her career as a chef at the renowned Golden Door Spa and transitioning to work as a private chef for clients in Antibes, France and throughout California in San Franciso, La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe, and Los Angeles. Kelly is a graduate of University of California, Davis with degrees in Economics and German literature, and is a graduate of The California Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco. She enjoys applying her creative skills in design sessions with interior designers and contractors as much as she does when she is cooking special meals for family and friends.

Ken Schultz

Ken has worked with leading architectural firms and interior designers to build and extensively remodel midcentury modern, authentic Spanish Revival, and Cape Cod style coastal estate homes. After earning electrical engineering and MBA degrees, he had a twenty-five-year career in entrepreneurial technology companies that resulted in several M&A transactions and a multi-billion-dollar IPO. Ken began to study architecture as a hobby and developed a passion for creating unique homes with high caliber finishes, custom detailing, media rooms, advanced security systems, and extensive smart home automation. Maintaining the systems and features of large, luxury homes requires a substantial time commitment and a trusted service provider team. Ken is passionate about sharing all that he has learned about luxury property management with those who seek to enjoy the unique experience of owning fine properties while not being burdened by the time it takes to maintain and manage them.
