Kelly Miller
Kelly and her husband have designed, built, and remodeled numerous luxury properties as primary residences and seasonal use homes in Paradise Valley, Beverly Hills, Del Mar, and Lake Tahoe. She has extensive experience providing private professional services to discerning individuals, starting her career as a chef at the renowned Golden Door Spa and transitioning to work as a private chef for clients in Antibes, France and throughout California in San Franciso, La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe, and Los Angeles. Kelly is a graduate of University of California, Davis with degrees in Economics and German literature, and is a graduate of The California Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco. She enjoys applying her creative skills in design sessions with interior designers and contractors as much as she does when she is cooking special meals for family and friends.
Reese Dunn
Reese is a graduate of The University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Business Administration with finance and entrepreneurship specializations. She interned with a leading luxury home management company in the Lake Tahoe area specializing in managing unique lakefront estate properties, and with her nearly decade long exposure to multiple family-owned luxury properties, Reese has driven the development of the processes, standards, and communication protocols applied within the specialized software that Miller Dunn uses to ensure properties function for owners as imagined and provide the lifestyle they desire. She is passionate about providing clients with organized spaces, structure, and the efficient processes necessary to maximize the enjoyment of owning beautiful, unique homes.
Tracy Voelker
With decades of experience selling and managing luxury properties from Lake Tahoe to Long Beach Island, NJ, Tracy has deep experience providing owners with trusted advice and hands-on management of unique properties. After graduating from Virgina Tech, she began her career in hospitality and tourism management where she developed proactive maintenance plans and became an expert in coordinating vendors to deliver amazing experiences for owners and guests. Tracy understands that every luxury property is unique, and owners have varying perspectives about priorities and standards of care. She focuses on deeply understanding what a client expects, and she delivers an amazing experience through meticulous oversight, transparent communication, and close collaboration with architects, designers, contractors, and service providers. Tracy is passionate about ensuring that every property supported by Miller Dunn will always meet the expectations set by owners, whether they are in-residence or traveling around the world..
Ken Schultz
Ken has worked with leading architectural firms and interior designers to build and extensively remodel midcentury modern, authentic Spanish Revival, and Cape Cod style coastal estate homes. After earning electrical engineering and MBA degrees, he had a twenty-five-year career in entrepreneurial technology companies that resulted in several M&A transactions and a multi-billion-dollar IPO. Ken began to study architecture as a hobby and developed a passion for creating unique homes with high caliber finishes, custom detailing, media rooms, advanced security systems, and extensive smart home automation. Maintaining the systems and features of large, luxury homes requires a substantial time commitment and a trusted service provider team. Ken is passionate about sharing all that he has learned about luxury property management with those who seek to enjoy the unique experience of owning fine properties while not being burdened by the time it takes to maintain and manage them.
