Miller Dunn Style 3 Divinhood Helmet
The diving helmet shown below is the Style 3 Divinhood by Miller Dunn. These helmets were used during World War 2, in many cases by the Navy. After the war lots of the Style 3 Divinhood’s were sold as surplus. This style was an improvement over the Style 2 with it’s large single glass opening on the front. This helmet also had view windows on the sides and top, making work much easier in them. This helmet does have the lead weights attached to the front and back.
